Once an order is placed, it will be dispatched within 2-3 working days and delivered within 5-7 working days. Shipping to North Eastern states and Tamil Nadu may take a little longer.

Incase your receive a damaged or incorrect product, please share an unboxing video from the beginning where the box hasn’t been opened yet to the end with all the relevant tags.

Our stainless steel jewellery is waterproof, anti-tarnish and hypoallergenic. It is 18K gold plated which gives it the long lasting colour and shine than other regular plating, we recommend following the last two factors to increase their longevity.

Do not rub or scratch your jewellery with other pieces or other such sharp objects which may remove the plating.
